Summer Learning Journey, Week One, Day Four, Bonus Activity

I rank Tamatea Arikinui first because they did more of a variety of things.
I rank Te Iti Kahurangi second because they had amazing singing voices.
I rank Te Puku O Te Ika third because although they were great they didn't show as much variety as the others.

  1. Kia ora Aleece,

I like the way you have added reasons as to why you have ranked them this way. This gives me a better understanding of your thinking. Something you could do is add a link to Tamatea Arikinui so that people who are reading your blog will be able to watch your favourite performance. I think they did a beautiful job too! I bet they have had to do a lot of practice together to be able to sing and dance in time with one another. Their poi dance looks great. What is your favourite part of their performance?

    Keep up the great blogging!

    Noho ora mai,

    Emiely :)

  2. Hi Aleece!

My name is Ellee and I am working alongside Emiely this summer commenting on blogs for the Summer Learning Journey!

Hope you have had an amazing Christmas and New years?

You have done a great job with ranking these performances, I really liked (like Emiely) that you added your reasons why you ordered them this way. I really liked the Tamatea Arikinui performance too...I was mesmerised by the poi, so impressive!
I also really like the song Te Iti Kahurangi sang, I hadn't heard it sung in Te Reo before. have you heard the English version?
If you would like to check it out here is a link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_7ZwViizRwU

Keep up the awesome work Aleece, hopefully the weather down there isn't causing too many problems for you and your family!
    Ellee :)
