Those do sound like very fun things to do! I like the way you have used numbers to make a list of the different things you can do at Waitangi. This is a very organised way to list your ideas. I sometimes do this too when I am making a grocery list for the things I need to buy at the supermarket.
I love to go kayaking too. I usually go kayaking in the summer with my friends. We went kayaking at Lake Karapiro once (it is in the North Island) and we kayaked to three different waterfalls! It was a lot of fun, but quite tiring. Why would you most like to go kayaking and have you been kayaking before?

I am lucky enough to have been born in Northland so spent a lot of my time in the Bay of Islands when I was a kid. It is a beautiful part of New Zealand with lots to see and do. The history up there is really amazing too.
